氮气发生器周边气幕的研究

Abstract: The gas accumulation after the leakage of the nitrogen generator may cause the potential safety hazard. It is therefore necessary to set up the gas curtain around the Nitrogen generator to isolate it from the environment of the machinery space. The numerical simulation method is adopted to analyze the influence of the wind speed at the air outlet of the air curtain device on the flow field around the nitrogen generator. The results show that when the wind speed at the secord air outlet of the air curtain is 6.5 m/s, the air curtain at the bottom of the machinery space has poor isolation effect, leaving the gas hold-up region inside the air curtain device. The isolation effect of the air curtain can be increased by adjusting the wind speed at the secord air outlet to 8 m/s. At the same time, the influence of the vortex on the air curtain can be effectively reduced by adjusting the height of the central area inside of the air curtain device.

摘要: 氮气发生器气体泄漏后聚集会形成安全隐患,需要在周边设置气幕,以将其与机舱环境隔离。该文采用数值模拟方法,分析气幕装置出风口风速对氮气发生器周边流场的影响。研究结果表明:气幕装置送风2风速 6.5 m/s时,机舱底部处的气幕阻隔效果不佳,气幕装置内部存在气体滞留区域。调整送风2速度至 8 m/s时,增加了气幕阻隔效果;同时,调整气幕装置内部中心区域中心高度,可以有效减小涡旋对气幕的影响。
