船舶港口岸电技术及其应用

Abstract: Considering the protection of the ecological environment and the rational utilization of social resources, it is urgent to introduce and promote the shore-to-ship power technology. Firstly, it introduces the disadvantages of the traditional fuel power supply mode of ships in port, presents the advantages of the green shore power supply mode, and briefly describe and analyzes the development and trend of the marine shore power technology both at home and abroad. Secondly, it introduces and analyzes the concept, classification and comparison of the shore power supply system, as well as the power supply mode and the basic principles of the shore-to-ship power supply system. Then, it studies the basic design and the key technologies of the shore-to-ship power supply system. It also introduces the design scheme and the key points of the shore-to-ship power supply system for a 2 500 TEU container ship built in Jinling Shipyard, comparing with various indexes of different power supply modes. Finally, it explains the operation process of the power management for the 2 500 TEU container ship to implement the grid connection between the shore power and the generator set.

摘要: 为了生态环境的保护和资源的合理利用,引入并推广船舶岸电技术已十分迫切。文章首先介绍船舶靠港传统燃料供电模式的缺点,提出环保岸电供电模式的优点,并简述和分析国内外船用岸电技术的发展现状、趋势;其次介绍和分析岸电供电系统的概念、分类、比较等,并阐述船舶侧岸电系统供电方式、基本原理;继而进一步研究船舶侧岸电系统供电基础设计及关键技术,并结合一型2 500标准箱集装箱船的岸电系统设计方案、设计要点,以及不同供电方式的各指标对比,说明2 500标准箱集装箱船的电站管理操作步骤及实现岸电和发电机组并网的方法。
