半潜式海洋钻井平台生产设计任务分解研究

Abstract: This paper focuses on the task decomposition of the production design of the semi-submersible offshore drilling platform. The production design task is classified according to the stage, region, specialty, operation type and work nature. Based on the WBS principle, the task of the production design of the semi-submersible offshore drilling platform is decomposed into the smaller controllable tasks that can be implemented by the specific designers, in order to effectively control the process of the production design.

摘要: 文章对半潜式海洋钻井平台生产设计任务分解开展研究,将生产设计任务按阶段、区域、专业、作业类型、作业性质进行分类,基于WBS分解原理(Work Breakdown Structure),将半潜式海洋钻井平台生产设计任务逐层分解成较小的可控任务,以便落实到具体设计人员,从而有效控制生产设计进度。
