Abstract: The battery charging and discharging panel and the uninterruptible power system (UPS) are important electrical power sources for ships, which mainly supply power to automation, communication & navigation and safety systems. The specified discharge time can then be achieved to maintain the emergency operation, depending on the sufficient energy storage and the hot standby of the battery set. The required battery capacity is accurately calculated through the analysis of the discharge characteristics, capacity factor and the calculation method of the battery. It can not only ensure the safety and reliability of the electricity consumption of ships, but also improve the economy of the selection design. It mainly analyzes the capacity calculation methods for the common marine battery under several common occasions. It can provide guidance for verifying the selection of the battery capacity, and improve the ship progressiveness with more safe, reliable, economic and environment-friendly configuration of the power station.

摘要: 蓄电池充放电板及不间断电源(UPS)是船舶重要电源系统,主要向自动化、通导及安全系统供电,依靠蓄电池组充足的储能设备,达到规定的放电时间,以维持应急操纵运行的需求。通过蓄电池放电特性、容量系数和计算方法的分析,能精准计算出所需蓄电池的容量,这不仅可以保证船舶安全可靠用电,还能提高选型设计的经济性。该文主要分析研究了普通船用蓄电池几种常用场合下容量计算方法,对于校核蓄电池容量的选型具有一定的指导意义,也有利于更安全可靠、经济环保地进行电站的配置,提高船舶的先进性。
