Under the influence of climate and policy, the development of new energy technology for fishing vessels is imminent. The new energy technologies for ships are classified to introduce their specific forms and application on fishing vessels, respectively pointing out the problems in the application and development of various new energy technologies. It is demonstrated that the new fuel power is the main developing direction of the new energy technology for fishing vessels, and the development prospect of each new fuel is analyzed at the same time. It is finally looked into the prospect of the new energy fishing vessels in China.

Application of Air Lubrication Drag Reduction Technology at Home and Abroad
XU Tiannan
Ship & Boat    2021, 32 (06): 69-74.   DOI: 10.19423/j.cnki.31-1561/u.2021.06.069

The technical principle of the ship air lubrication drag reduction, the generation mode, the formation mechanism of the bubble, and the influencing factors are introduced in the current study. The state-of-art of the current domestic and the foreign research institutions for the bubble drag reduction and the air layer drag reduction, and their commercial full-scale ship applications are also introduced respectively. It points out that there is a gap in the applications of the air lubrication drag reduction technology at home and abroad, while the bubble drag reduction is more mature than the air layer drag reduction. The problems that should be paid attention to in the application of the bubble drag reduction and the air layer drag reduction are put forward according to the current application status.
