基于扫描点云的船舶曲面板成形偏差评定方法研究

摘要: 船舶曲面板的成形是强非线性问题,仅通过一次曲面加工很难达到曲面板的工程要求,故需对加工曲面板的中间形状进行评定。为得到曲面板的成形偏差,提升船舶曲面板的自动化成形,该文首先基于测量的点云数据,提出了多方位扫描点云合并的方法,将不同位置扫描得到的曲面板点云进行精确配准,实现不同点云之间的最佳贴合;然后将处理好的扫描曲面点云与目标曲面进行位置定位,通过文中所提出的曲面成形偏差计算方法得到加工曲面板垂向、纵向和横向的形状偏差;最后进行了仿真实验,得到的曲板形状偏差计算精度符合船舶曲面板的工程要求,并设计实验测量加工帆形板,以验证方法的实用性。该项研究成果不仅为测量点云数据分布不均匀提供了处理方法,也为加工曲面板各方向成形偏差提供了计算方法。

Abstract: It is difficult to meet the engineering requirements of curved plates through a single curved surface processing due to the strong nonlinearity of the forming of the ship curved plate. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the intermediate shape of the processed curved plate, in order to obtain the forming deviation of the curved plate and thus improve the automatic forming of the curved plate. A multi-directional scanning point cloud merging method is proposed based on the measured point cloud data. The point clouds of the curved plates scanned at different positions can be accurately registered for best fit between different point clouds. The processed scanning surface point cloud is positioned with the target surface. The vertical, longitudinal and transverse shape deviations of the processed curved plate are obtained through the proposed surface forming deviation calculation method. The simulation experiment is then carried out to find that the calculation accuracy of the shape deviation of the curved plate meets the engineering requirements of the ship curved plates. An experiment is designed to measure a processed sail plate to verify the practicability of the method. The research results provide a processing method for the uneven distribution of the measured point cloud data and a calculation method for the forming deviation of the processed curved plate in different directions.
