桁拖渔船LNG动力改装的可行性研究

Abstract: LNG fuel is considered as an ideal engine fuel in future because of its excellent environmental performance, low price and strong safety. The high energy consumption and pollution emission of the fuel diesel engine on the fishing vessels have become one of the main causes of the offshore environmental pollution. In order to promote the energy conservation and emission reduction for the fishing vessels, LNG fuel transformation for the existing fishing vessels becomes a reasonable answer. It analyzes the technical scheme and the economy of LNG power modification for a 38m beam trawler, as well as the feasibility of the power modification. It also presents the main issues and its countermeasures of the LNG power modification for the fishing vessels.

摘要: LNG燃料以其环保性能好、价格低和安全性较强等优点被认为是未来理想的发动机燃料。渔船燃油柴油机能耗和污染排放高,已成为近海环境污染的主要原因之一。为了促进节能减排,对现有渔船进行LNG燃料改造成为了一大出路。文章以38 m桁拖渔船为例,分析桁拖渔船LNG动力改装的技术方案及其经济性,研究其改装的可行性,同时阐述渔船进行LNG动力改装存在的主要问题及对策。
