Abstract: In order to meet the latest sulphur limit requirements of the international maritime organization(IMO), the retrofitting of the exhaust gas cleaning system for a very large crude carrier(VLCC) are examined based on the original system and its characteristics, such as the equipment selection, power load analysis, pipeline system design and general arrangement. The sea trial results show that this retrofitting plan can meet the code requirements and the operation requirements of shipowers.

摘要: 为满足IMO最新的硫含量限定要求,以一型VLCC为例,结合原船系统与特点,从设备选型、电力负荷分析、管路系统设计和总体布置等方面,研究了废气清洗系统的加装方法。试航试验结果表明,该加装方案可以满足规范要求和船东营运需要。
