某供油单元供油泵低压故障分析及处理

Abstract: The reasons that cause the fault of the continuous air intake into the fuel oil system of the oil supply unit on a ship have been analyzed in the current research. It is found out that the back-flushing filter could not be rotated continually backwashing, resulted in the fault caused by the compressed air entering the fuel oil system. According to the failure causes, the fault prevention and management suggestions are presented to provide reference for marine engineers.

摘要: 针对某实船供油单元燃油系统不断进气这一故障现象、故障原因进行分析研究,最终确定是多方面原因导致反冲洗滤器无法转动,一直反冲洗,使压缩空气进入燃油系统而导致故障产生。针对故障原因,文章阐述了故障预防及管理建议,为轮机管理人员提供参考。
