Abstract: Plough-in at high speed is one of the three unique potential hazards for the air cushion vehicle (ACV). The anti tuck-under ability of ACV bow flexible skirt is the key technical measure to avoid the serious consequences caused by the occurrence of plough-in. The three-dimensional (3D) model of the bow flexible skirt is established to calculate its anti tuck-under capability based on the secondary development of CATIA. This model can easily take into account the influence of the skirt cylindrical fore-face, the two side-ear flaps and the transiting arc from the fore-face to the side-ear flap, with the more accurate description of the actual structure of the skirt. The capability of the anti tuck-under of the bow skirt can then be evaluated more precisely to promote the design of the skirt and to guarantee the navigation safety.

摘要: 高速纵向低头埋首是全垫升气垫船特有的三大航行安全风险之一,首部围裙抗缩进能力是防止低头埋首造成严重后果的主要技术措施。结合CATIA中二次开发,建立首部三元柔性围裙三维模型来计算其抗缩进性能,可方便计入围裙手指前柱面、两侧耳片及其转圆过渡等的影响,更真实地反映围裙实际结构,从而更精确评估首部围裙抗缩进能力,提高围裙设计水平,更好地保障航行安全。
