船舶安全事故典型案例分析与研究

Abstract: The accident cases of mining ships are of great value and significance to improve the ship safety and to avoid accidents. This paper studies the ship safety accident cases in the past decade, presents the background of the typical accident cases, and analyzes the causes of the accident by using the flow chart of the accident occurrence. It carries out a statistical analysis of the ship types and the accident types of the ship safety accidents in the past ten years, and discusses the factors affecting ship safety from the ship safety accident cases. It is proposed to use the intelligent decision-making assistance in the ship technology to reduce the accident rate. It also analyzes and studies the impact of the new regulations on the ship safety and the application value of the data of the ship accident cases.

摘要: 挖掘船舶事故案例数据对提升船舶安全,实现规避事故具有重大的价值与意义。对近十年船舶安全事故案例进行研究,阐述典型事故案例的背景概况,采用事故发生流程图对事故产生的原因进行分析。统计分析这些安全事故的船舶类型、事故类型等,同时由船舶安全事故案例引发对船舶安全影响因素的探讨。提出在船舶技术方面采用智能决策辅助的方式降低事故发生率,分析研究新规范对船舶安全的影响,以及船舶事故案例数据的应用价值。
