Abstract: For crane ships, the DP-2 lifting operation mode is the most critical operation mode for crane ships. Especially the this article introduces and analyzes the electrical design of the 3 000 t full revolving floating crane vessel. It firstly analyzes the characteristics of its electrical system design, mainly including the application of the power distribution system architecture, the dynamic positioning (DP-2) system and the anchor mooring positioning system on the crane vessel. The electrical design of the full revolving floating crane vessel is deduced based on the FMEA report. A design scheme that meets the requirements of navigation and operation, and the solutions for some important problems have been proposed according to the particularity of this crane ship. The similarities and differences between this crane ship and the previous crane ships are analyzed to provide reference for the electrical system design of this type of subsequent ships. It is also hoped to provide the more in-depth discussions and the better optimization schemes for the electrical design of the offshore engineering crane ships.

摘要: 对于起重船,尤其是大型起重船,DP-2起重作业模式是最为关键的工作模式,该文基于3 000 t全回转起重船的电气设计进行阐述与分析。首先分析了3 000 t全回转起重船在电气系统设计中的特点要素,主要包括配电系统架构、动力定位(DP-2)系统和锚泊定位系统在起重船上的应用;然后通过结合FMEA报告对全回转起重船的电气设计进行反推,并针对此起重船的特殊性,提出满足航行和作业要求的设计方案以及一些重要问题的解决措施,分析其与以往起重船的共性和差异,为该类型后续船的电气系统设计提供一些参考,并希望藉此获得对海洋工程起重船舶电气设计的更深入探讨和更佳的优化方案。
