深远海大型多功能综合救助船工程开发研究

  • 作者简介:周国平（1957-）,男,本科,研究员。研究方向：海洋工程船和海洋救助船等特种船舶开发研究与设计。上海船舶研究设计院研究员、船型首席专家,长期从事海洋工程船和海洋救助船等特种船舶研发设计,主持复杂船型自主研发设计和高技术船舶科研项目研究工作,并担任船型自主研发设计总设计师、主持设计师和项目主管。其先后成功主持开发设计三十多型不同品种、不同船型的海洋工程船和海洋救助船等特种船舶,实船建造项目近70艘型,为我国海洋工程船和海洋救助船等特种船舶成功自主研发设计多型代表性重要船舶,综合技术性能达到当代国际同类船舶先进水平,多项船型设计技术填补了我国自主研发特种船舶空白。其担任牵头或参研项目的科研项目负责人,承担国家发展改革委、工信部、科技部和中船集团公司等多项高技术船舶科研项目,取得了丰富的科研技术成果;获中国造船工程学会、国防科学技术工业委员会、上海市人民政府、中国船舶工业集团公司等单位授予的科学技术奖二十多项,发明专利授权7件、实用新型专利授权12件、软件著作权登记1件,发表学术论文和科技文章近60篇;2010年获中国造船工程学会“船舶设计大师”称号,同年获“国务院政府特殊津贴”。

Abstract: Large deep sea multi-purpose comprehensive rescue vessels provide the rescue security of the personnel and property for the development of deep-water oil and gas resources in the South China Sea, the sea-going transportation of the international shipping routes, the marine fishery production, the production and living in many islands and economic waters and etc. This paper briefly introduces the usage and main function settings of the ship, and the engineering development and design research of the principal dimension demonstration and the overall performance analysis. It also introduces the basic design of the engineering development for the target ship type.

摘要： 深远海大型多功能综合救助船主要为我国南海海域深水油气资源开发、国际航线海上运输、海上渔业生产,以及诸多岛屿和经济水域生产生活提供人员和财产的救助安全保障。该文简要介绍了深远海大型多功能综合救助船的用途和主要功能设置研究、船型主尺度论证与总体性能分析等工程开发与设计研究,并介绍了目标船型工程开发设计基本概况。
