Abstract: Ship design product archives, as one of the main types of scientific and technological archives in ship design institutes, represent the knowledge accumulation and valuable assets of scientific research work. The ship design product archive plays a direct role in supporting research and production. The characteristics and existing problems of the ship design product archives management in a ship design institute are analyzed. Specific practices for the archives management of the ship design products are proposed based on the plan-do-check-action (PDCA) method, including the management strategies, systems, and processes for the four stages of planning, doing, checking and acting. The practical results show that the proposed archives management method has achieved significant improvement in cost reduction and efficiency improvement, integration of business and archives, and support for knowledge management. It can provide references for the archives management in relevant units, and also lay a solid and reliable foundation for the subsequent utilization of archival data and knowledge acquisition.

摘要: 船舶设计产品档案作为船舶设计院所的主要科技档案类型之一,是科研工作的知识积累和宝贵财富,对助力科研生产具有直接作用。该文以某船舶设计院所为例,分析船舶设计产品档案管理的特点和存在的问题,提出基于PDCA循环管理法的船舶设计产品档案管理的具体做法,包括计划、执行、检查、处理这4个阶段的管理策略、制度和流程。实践结果表明:上述档案管理方法在降本增效、业档融合、支撑知识管理方面取得显著效果,可为相关单位的档案管理提供有效借鉴,并可为后续的数据利用和知识获取提供坚实可靠的保障和支撑。
