Abstract: The traditional functional organizational structure of the ship repair plant cannot meet the needs of modern production in the process of support with the increasing complexity of ship equipment. In view of the above problems, different management organizational structures are analyzed and compared to propose a hybrid organizational structure based on strong matrix organizational structure, which effectively improves the horizontal communication efficiency between cross departments. At the same time, a compensation model of “salary + incentive + reward” is proposed, which increases the enthusiasm of employees. Finally, the application of the hybrid organizational structure in modern shipyards in the first level repair process of a ship in a shipyard are analyzed through a survey questionnaire. It can provide ideas for the organization and management of modern shipyards.

摘要: 随着舰船装备的复杂化,保障过程中修船厂传统的职能型组织结构已无法满足现代生产需求。针对该问题,该文对不同管理组织结构进行分析比较,提出了一种基于强矩阵组织结构的混合型组织结构,有效地提高了跨部门之间横向沟通效率;同时提出一种“工资+激励+奖励”的薪酬模式,增加了员工的工作积极性;最后以某船厂的某船一级修理为例,通过调查问卷形式对混合型组织结构在现代船厂中应用效果进行了分析,为现代修船厂的组织管理提供了一定的思路。
