Abstract: This paper describes the constitution of the control network of a 21 028 m3 trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) “Jun Yang 1”, and summarizes the advantages and characteristics of this system. It analyzes the issues in practical application and discusses the method to avoid the similar problems during the design of new systems based on the design of the distributed integrated control system. It also briefly summarizes the development of the industrial control system and network, as well as the general evolution of the control system. The deep understanding of the control system can provide reference for the distributed control system of the TSHD based on PLC plus SCADA in the future.

摘要: 描述了21 028 m3耙吸式挖泥船“浚洋1”控制网络的组成,总结该系统的优势特点,围绕其分散型集成船舶控制系统的设计,剖析实际使用中的一些问题并探讨设计新系统时避免类似问题的方法。简要梳理了工控系统、网络发展的脉络和船舶控制系统大致的演变方向。对该轮控制系统的深入理解,为后续大型疏浚船舶提供了基于PLC+SCADA的分散型控制系统的借鉴样本。
