深海多金属结核商业开采经济性分析

Abstract: As a pioneering field in marine resource development, deep-sea mining is progressively advancing from theoretical investigation into a stage of commercial exploitation. This study focuses on the economic analysis of commercial mining of deep-sea polymetallic nodules, and summarizes key components and methodologies for economic evaluations. A comprehensive and practical economic analysis framework has been established. Two representative international deep-sea polymetallic nodule mining projects have been selected for economic assessment and comparative analysis using the aforementioned framework. Through sensitivity analysis, the potential impacts of uncertainty factors on project economic benefits are evaluated, providing decision-makers with scientifically grounded support for investment decisions.

摘要: 深海采矿作为海洋资源开发的前沿领域,正逐步从理论探索迈入商业开发阶段。该文聚焦于深海多金属结核商业开采的经济性分析,归纳了经济性评估的关键要素与方法,构建了完整实用的经济性分析框架。文中选取了2个具有代表性的国际海底多金属结核矿区开发项目,运用上述分析框架进行经济性评估和比较;通过敏感性分析,评估了不确定性因素对项目经济效益的潜在影响,为管理者提供科学的投资决策支持。
