Abstract: In 2024, the global offshore market witnessed a countertrend rebound with a double-digit surge in order values, indicating a renewed market recovery. Optimistic signals have emerged in the current offshore market. On the demand side, the expectation of international oil prices stabilized around $70 per barrel with minor fluctuations. The emerging nations continue to show great potential in offshore oil and gas exploration. Under the background of offshore oil accelerating towards the deep seas, orders for large-scale high-value oil and gas equipment such as floating production storage and offloading units (FPSOs) and floating liquefied natural gas systems (FLNGs) remain substantial. The rapid growth in demand for the offshore wind market and the imbalance in ship supply among various countries are still intensifying. On the supply side, the supply of the fleet will keep tight, and the production load of shipyards will remain full. Additionally, increasing stringent green and environmental protection requirements in maritime field are accelerating the demand for fleet renewal and the green transitions among offshore shipowners, in order to meet the new specification requirements.

摘要： 2024年,全球海工市场订单金额实现两位数高速增长,市场重新迈上复苏的道路。观察当下的海工市场,很多乐观的信号已经显现。从需求侧来看,国际油价的预期基本稳定在70美元/桶的水平并伴有小幅波动,新兴国家的海洋油气开发仍然充满潜力;在海洋石油开采加速向深远海迈进的背景下,浮式生产储卸油装置、浮式天然气液化装置等大型高附加值油气装备的订单仍然可观,海上风电市场需求的快速增长和各国海工装备供应的不平衡矛盾依然加剧。从供给侧来看,船队供应紧张的局面还将持续,船厂生产负荷依然饱满。与此同时,在海事领域日益严格的绿色环保要求下,船队更新的需求不断增长,海工船东也在加快推进船队绿色转型,以适应新的规范要求。
