基于TSV-BLS软件客滚船机舱总段整体吊装方案分析

Abstract: Considering the complexity of engine room block in Ro-Ro passenger ships, the finite element modeling of the block is established by using the TSV-BLS to calculate the stress and deformation of the block and the tension of the wire rope during the integral lifting process for the safety of lifting. The feasibility of the lifting scheme is also evaluated. The successful lifting of the full-scale ship proves the reasonability of the lifting scheme, which can provide guidance and reference for the lifting of the engine room block of other ships.

摘要: 考虑到客滚船机舱总段结构的复杂性,为确保吊装安全,使用TSV-BLS软件构建总段有限元模型,计算整体吊装时总段的应力和变形、钢丝绳的拉力等,并对吊装方案的可行性进行评估。实船顺利吊装证明该吊装方案设计合理,对于其他船舶机舱总段的吊装具有一定的指导和借鉴。
