Abstract: The exhaust pipe of the diesel engine on board is divided into dry exhaust and wet exhaust according to whether the exhaust gas is discharged together with the cooling water. Dry exhaust is not only easy to blacken the hull shell and deck equipment, but also causes the higher exhaust pipe temperature (up to 400~600℃) and serious noise pollution. Wet exhaust has the advantages of the low exhaust temperature (40~60℃), light weight, low noise and environmental protection. It is therefore suitable for those high-speed ships with appearance concerns, compact machinery space, sensitivity of equipment weight and higher requirements of noise and infrared radiation, such as patrol ships and yachts. This article introduces the arrangement scheme and the design method of the wet exhaust system (cooling water mixed with diesel engine exhaust gas) of the main engine in high-speed ships, and the issues to be taken into account in the arrangement and installation. It can provide reference for the design of civil high speed ship.

摘要: 船上柴油机的排气管按照废气是否与冷却水混合排出而分为干式排气和湿式排气。干式排气不仅容易熏黑船体外板和甲板设备,且排气管路温度较高(可达到400~600℃),噪声污染也较严重;湿式排气则具有排气温度低(40~60℃)、自重轻和噪声低等优点,其绿色环保适用于那些注重外观且机舱空间紧凑,对设备重量敏感、对噪声和红外辐射要求较高的高速船(如巡逻船、游艇等)。该文介绍了高速船主机湿式排气系统(冷却水与柴油机废气混合)的布置方案、设计方法以及在布置安装时需注意的问题,对民用高速船的设计有借鉴作用。
