Abstract: The exploitation of the deep-sea mineral resources has become one of the important research topics in the world. This article studies the operation technology requirements for the launch and retrieval system on the deep-sea mining vessels. It carries out the analysis and demonstration of the key parameters of the main components, such as derrick, substructure, hoist and string handling system, based on the determination of the main technical parameters. It proposes the configuration scheme of the launch and retrieval system suitable for the operation of deep-sea mining vessels, and provides the preliminary general arrangement plan. It can provide references for the engineering design of the full-scale ships in China.

摘要: 文章针对深海采矿船布放回收系统作业工艺需求,在确定主要技术参数的基础上,对塔架、底座平台、提升绞车和管柱处理系统等主要部件的关键参数进行分析论证,提出适合深海采矿船作业需求的布放回收系统配置方案,并提供初步总体布置方案,为我国的实船工程化设计提供参考。
