摘要: 针对首制25 000 t化学品船在第一次试航过程中出现的舵机压力过高以及Z形试验结果不能满足规范要求的情况,通过对舵机选型、舵杆传动、试验仪表、舵叶设计和舵叶制造等可能原因进行逐一验证排除的方法,得出舵叶面积设计偏大是造成试航问题根本原因的结论,提出并实施了割除部分舵叶后缘的切合实际的解决方案,并通过再次海试验证了修改方案的可行性。该问题解决过程对其他新船的舵叶设计具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: In the first trail of the first 25 000 t chemical tanker, the pressure of the steering gear is too higher, and the Zig-Zag test results cannot meet the requirements of the rule. The possible reasons that caused the above test problems are verified and eliminated one by one, such as the selection of steering gear, the transmission of rudder stock, the test instrument, the design and manufacture of rudder blade.It is concluded that the excessive rudder blade area is the root cause of the test problem. A practical solution to cut off the trailing edge of some rudder blades is proposed and implemented. The feasibility of the modified scheme is verified by the sea trial again. The solving process can provide reference for the design of the rudder blades of other new ships.
