摘要: 冷却系统的设计是船舶轮机设计中的重点,简约高效的冷却系统可以极大地减少放样设计难度,降低船舶营运成本。采用箱式冷却器的冷却系统,不仅安装布置简便,船内也无需再布置冷却海水系统,可有效节省机舱空间和电站功率。该文结合某17 500 t化学品船项目应用实例,详细阐述了箱式冷却器的工作原理和安装介绍,对于船厂详细设计人员有一定的实用参考价值。

Abstract: The design of cooling water system is one of the important items for the marine machinery design. A simple and efficient cooling water system can greatly reduce the difficulty of the lofting design and the ships' operation cost. The cooling system with box cooler can be easily arranged without the cooling sea-water system in the ship, which can effectively save the machinery space and the power of power plants. The working principle and the installation of the box cooler for a 17 500 t chemical tanker are introduced in the current study, which can provide practical references for the engineer engaged in the detailed design in the shipyard.
