摘要: 燃油系统是维持船舶运转的重要系统之一,负责完成燃料的净化、驳运等职能,对船舶营运的安全性和稳定性起至关重要的作用。作为系统中介质传送的主要动力来源,燃油驳运泵的工作状态也将会直接影响船舶整体的运转。文中以某船燃油驳运泵工作异常事件为例,结合现场故障特征、AFT Fathom计算结果及拆卸检验,进行故障分析和处理,对船舶燃油驳运泵的故障排查工作有一定参考意义。

Abstract: Fuel oil system is one of the most important systems to maintain the operation of ships. It is responsible for the functions of fuel purification and fuel transfer, which plays a vital role in the safety and stability of ship operation. As the main power source of the medium transmission in the fuel oil system, the operation condition of the fuel transfer pump will also directly affect the overall operation of the ship. It carries out the fault analysis and treatment for the abnormal event of the fuel transfer pump on the ship combined with the on-site fault characteristics, AFT Fathom calculation results and disassembly inspection. It can provide reference for the troubleshooting of the marine fuel transfer pump.
