Design of Air-conditioning System for Small Inland Ship

摘要: 在大中型船舶市场持续萎缩的背景下,国内的小型内河船成为船舶行业一个新的业务增长点。该文针对小型内河船的空调系统,提出了不同于大中型海船的设计思路,选用模块化水源热泵主机搭配变制冷剂流量(VRV)多联机空调系统和全热交换新风系统,在保证室内温湿度和人员新风需求的前提下,提高了系统控制水平和人员舒适性,兼具节能、减重、省空间、安全冗余和扩容方便等优点。

Abstract: The domestic small inland ship has become a new business growth point for the shipbuilding industry under the background of the continuous shrinking of the large and the medium ship market. A design idea different from those of the large and medium sea-going vessels has been proposed for the air-conditioning system of the small inland ships.The modular unit of the water source heat pump is applied with the VRV multi-split air conditioning system and the total heat exchange fresh air system.While ensuring the indoor temperature and humidity and the demand of fresh air for personnel, the system control level and the human comfort are improved together with the advantages of energy saving, weight reduction, space saving, safety redundancy and convenient expansion.
