摘要: 基于CATIA V6软件平台,提出一套雷达桅三维设计方法。综合考虑雷达桅的实际设计需求以及三维模型化的技术难点,综合利用多级骨架、实体建模、知识工程和出图二次开发等多项软件功能,解决了雷达桅设计过程中的关联设计、高效建模和三维出图等问题。实践结果表明:使用该三维设计方法,雷达桅的三维设计迭代效率与设计质量能够显著提高。根据其他具体的场景分析该设计方法还能适用于除雷达桅以外的其他桁架式结构物,甚至是更多其他钢结构物设计。

Abstract: The 3D method for the radar mast design is put forward based on CATIA V6 platform. It comprehensively considers the practical design requirement of the radar mast and the technical difficulties of 3D model. The problems of the associated design, efficient modeling and 3D drawing in the design process of a radar mast are solved by using the multiple software functions, such as the multi-level skeleton, solid modeling, knowledge engineering and secondary development of drawing. The practical results show that the iterative efficiency and the design quality of the 3D design of the radar mast can be significantly improved by using the proposed 3D design method. This design method can also be applied to other truss-type structures except the radar mast and even more other steel structures, according to the analysis of other specific design scenes.
