On Data Backup for Design of Series Vessels Based on 3D Experience Platform

摘要: 有次序地改变船舶中某些参数而构成的组系船舶称之为系列船。目前基于三维体验平台的系列船设计数据存储方式不仅难以应对急剧上升的工程数据量,且无法应对大数据量下的备份等问题。针对以上问题,文章提出基于三维体验平台的系列船设计数据备份方案。以三维体验平台为研究对象,分析三维体验平台的架构、数据流、数据库及文件存储等,从平台软件和硬件两个方面提出解决方案,并对此方案进行实际验证。不仅能提升系统访问性能,还能实现系列船设计数据重复利用。

Abstract: Series vessels are a group of ships that are formed by sequentially changing certain parameters of a ship. The data storage mode of the series vessels based on the 3D experience platform (3DEXP) is not only difficult to handle the dramatically increasing quantity of engineering data, but also cannot deal with the backup of huge amount of data. A data backup scheme for the design of series vessels is proposed based the 3DEXP in view of the above problems. The architecture, data flow, data base and file storage of the 3DEXP are analyzed to provide a solution from the two aspects of the software and hardware of the platform, which has been verified in practice. It cannot only improve system access performance, but also realize the reuse of the design data of series vessels.
