摘要: 交互式电子技术手册(IETM)是全寿命保障的关键应用技术之一,在提高工作效率,增强舰船维修性和保障性方面有较显著优势。文章以电子手册编制为起点,结合舰船研制与设计特点以及规范素材要求,依据相关标准进行产品结构SNS确认,进而选取合理的信息码,最终确认型号的DMRL清单。考虑到舰上人员变动快、自训能力滞后,探讨电子手册与培训系统内容集成的可行性,切实提高电子技术手册的实用性。

Abstract: The Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) is one of the key application technologies for lifetime security. It has the obvious advantages in improving work efficiency and enhancing the maintainability and supportability of warships. Staring from the preparation of the IETM, the technical information is standardized by combining with the characteristics of the ship development and design, the product structure SNS is also confirmed according to the relevant standards, and then the reasonable information code is selected to finally determine the DMRL list of the model. The integrity of the contents of the IETM and the training system is discussed with the consideration of the high turnover of the crew and insufficient self-learning ability, in order to enhance the practicability of the IETM.
