海上自主水面船对主动力系统的基本要求

摘要: 国际海事组织(IMO)海上安全委员会MSC 101 以MSC.456 (101) 决议通过了包含海上自主水面船(MASS)内容的SOLAS 修正案,预计2024 年1 月1 日生效。修正案将MASS分成4个等级:等级一、等级二、等级三和等级四。对柴油机作为主推进系统的MASS商船,其对主推进动力系统的安排也应根据修正案进行相应的调整。该文针对MASS的4个等级提出了主动力系统的不同配置要求,供有关人员参考。

Abstract: MSC 101 of International Maritime Organization (IMO) Maritime Safety Committee adopted the SOLAS Amendment including Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS) by Resolution MSC.456 (101), which is expected to come into force on January 1, 2024. The Amendment divides the MASS into four levels: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4. The arrangement of the main propulsion system for MASS merchant ships with diesel engine as the main propulsion system should also be adjusted according to the Amendment. Different configuration requirements of the main propulsion system are proposed for the four levels of MASS to provide reference for the relevant personnel.
