摘要: 船舶油漆在船舶建造、坞修及日常维护保养中具有多项作用,是一种不可缺少的物料。新一代丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷面漆是一种高性能、双组份、高固体含量的无机混合型面漆,同典型的聚氨脂面漆相比具有显著的优越性。某特种船舶施涂聚硅氧烷面漆10年后呈现大面积剥落现象。该文基于涂层剥落评价体系,对该特种船舶涂层的剥落量、剥落大小和剥落深度这三方面因素进行综合分析评价,通过剥落当量选择合适的表面处理方法,并通过小范围试验验证了应用该方法的面漆修复效果更为理想。

Abstract: Marine paint, as an indispensable production material, plays multiple roles in ship construction, dock repair and daily maintenance. The new generation of acrylic modified polysiloxane top coat is an inorganic mixed top coat with high performance, two component and high solid content, which is superior to the typical polyurethane top coat. The polysiloxane topcoat of a special vessel was peeling off in a large area after 10 years. The peeling amount, size and depth of the coating on special vessels are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated based on the coating peeling evaluation system. The appropriate surface treatment method is selected through the peeling equivalent. It is verified by a small scale test that the topcoat repair effect of this method is more ideal.
