夹层玻璃强度等效厚度与应力计算方法研究

On Calculation Method of Strength Equivalent Thickness and Stress of Laminated Glass

摘要: 夹层玻璃因具有良好的抗冲击性能、防碎片化脱落等特点,广泛应用于船舶驾驶室窗和舷窗,但其也易受海浪、风等作用而碎裂,从而影响船舶航行与作业。为验证现有规范中的夹层玻璃等效厚度公式,根据复合材料层合板经典弯曲理论,采用纳维尔方法解出位移函数进而求出夹层玻璃正应力,推导出不计横向剪切变形新的夹层玻璃等效厚度计算公式。采用Abaqus软件对等效单层玻璃板与夹层玻璃板分别进行线性与非线性数值模拟,有限元数值解与理论值对比结果表明,新推导的等效厚度公式具有较高的精度。

Abstract: Laminated glasses are widely used in the ship bridge windows and portholes because of its characteristics of the good impact resistance and anti-fragmentation. However, it is easy to be broken due to waves and wind, which affects the navigation and operation of ships. In order to verify the equivalent thickness formula of the laminated glass in the current rules and regulations, the displacement function is solved by the Navier method according to the classical bending theory of the composite laminates. The normal stress of the laminated glass is then obtained and the new equivalent thickness formula of the laminated glass is derived without considering the transverse shear deformation. Abaqus is used to carry out the linear and nonlinear numerical simulation of the equivalent single-layer glass plate and the laminated glass plate, respectively. The comparison between the numerical results of finite element method and the theoretical value shows that the new equivalent thickness formula has higher accuracy than the equivalent thickness formula in the current rules and regulations.
