摘要: 针对舰载AIS在使用中只收不发存在航行安全隐患的问题,系统梳理了舰载AIS在航海工作中的3种使用方式,结合使用需求给出了舰载AIS在恶劣气象条件下、狭水道航行和交通繁忙海域的信息广播时机。合理适时的广播军用舰船的AIS信息,可为舰船在复杂多变的航海环境中保证航行安全提供有效的保障手段。

Abstract: Three ways of application of shipborne automatic identification system (AIS) in ship navigation are systematically sorted out aiming at the safety hazard imposed due to the problem of the shipborne AIS only receiving messages but not sending out messages when it is in use. The timing of the information broadcast is given for the shipborne AIS in the severe weather conditions, narrow waterway and heavy traffic sea areas combined with the usage requirements. The reasonable and timely broadcasting of the AIS information of military ships can provide the effective means of the safety guarantee in the complex and changeable navigation environment.
