摘要: 船舶生活污水真空管路系统噪声对船员的工作和生活环境会产生严重影响,船员对于该管路系统降噪有强烈的需求。该文对船舶生活污水真空管路系统噪声源进行特性分析,研究了该管路噪声控制技术,提出了该管路系统降噪措施,开展了管路消声器设计及性能试验研究,对改善机舱及生活舱室工作生活环境起到了积极的作用。

Abstract: The noise of the marine sewage vacuum pipeline system seriously impact the working and living environment of the crew, resulting in a strong demand for the noise reduction of the pipeline system by the crew. The characteristics of the noise source of the marine sewage vacuum pipeline system are analyzed to study the noise control technology of the pipeline system. It also proposes the noise reduction measures of the pipeline system, and carries out the design and performance test of the pipeline silencer. It plays an active role in improving the working and living environments of the engine room and living accommodation.
