摘要: 针对某支线集装箱船在试航过程中上层建筑振动超出许用标准的问题,基于实船振动测试结果及数值仿真有限元振动计算报告,在海上对该船上层建筑的振动原因进行现场分析的同时,结合船上结构形式、内舾装情况以及物料吊和救生艇等设备布置情况,提出切实可行的结构加强方案,在海上直接对上层建筑进行支柱加强。支柱加强后,上层建筑各位置的振动测试结果均满足规范要求,不仅避免了二次试航高额成本,而且也为船舶顺利交付提供了必要条件。

Abstract: In view of the problem that the superstructure vibration of a feeder container vessel exceeds the allowable standard during the sea trial, the on-site analysis of the reasons for the vibration of the ship superstructure was carried out at sea based on the vibration test results of the real ship and the vibration calculation report of the finite element numerical simulation. Meanwhile, a practical structural strengthening plan is proposed to strengthen the pillars of the superstructure directly at sea according to the structural form of the vessel, the internal outfitting, and the layout of equipment such as material cranes and lifeboats. After strengthening, the vibration results of each test position of the superstructure can meet the requirements of the specifications. This not only avoids the high cost of the second sea trial, but also provides the necessary conditions for the smooth delivery of the vessel.
