长江上游航道疏浚装置及作业方案探讨

On Dredging Equipment and Operation Scheme for the Upstream Waterway of the Yangtze River

摘要: 长江上游航道弯、窄、浅、急,需要每年进行疏浚维护以保证船舶正常通过,但目前疏浚维护方式以硬臂式多功能抓斗挖泥船为主,配备辅助船舶进行作业。该作业模式需锚泊在岸上固定挖泥船,从而导致钢丝绳横穿航道,疏浚过程中阻碍其他船舶正常通航。该文通过对上游作业环境条件以及目前航道疏浚方式的研究,对比分析设计了一种适合长江上游航道环境条件下作业的自行走疏浚装置,并针对该装置提出了一套长江上游航道疏浚作业方案。通过对该方案的评估,得出该自行走疏浚装置及方案能够解决疏浚作业过程中其他船舶的通航问题,同时有效提升了疏浚作业效率,可作为解决上游航道施工问题的新方法,为长江上游航道疏浚作业提供参考借鉴。

Abstract: The upstream waterway of the Yangtze River is curved, narrow, shallow and urgent, which demands annual dredging and maintenance to ensure the normal passage of ships. However, the current dredging and maintenance method is dominated by the hard-boom multi-purpose grab dredger, equipped with auxiliary ships for operation. This operation mode needs to anchor the dredger on the shore, and thus the wire rope will cross the waterway, hindering the normal passage of other ships during the dredging operation. The upstream operating environmental conditions and the current waterway dredging methods are compared and analyzed to design a self-propelled dredging device suitable for the operation under the environmental condition of the upstream waterway of the Yangtze River. A set of dredging operation schemes is also proposed for the upstream waterway of the Yangtze River in view of the designed device. Through the evaluation of the proposed schemes, it is concluded that the self-propelled dredging device and these schemes can solve the passage problems of other ships during the dredging operation, and effectively improve the efficiency of the dredging operation, which can be used as a new method to solve the construction problems of the upstream waterway of the Yangtze River, providing references for the dredging operation of the upstream waterway of the Yangtze River.
