Structural Design Criteria for Ro-Ro Access Equipment

摘要: 船舶滚装通道结构分析问题较为复杂,中国船级社《钢质海船入级规范》在车辆甲板尺寸要求等方面目前仍有适用性问题,因此有必要进一步研究。该文以船舶滚装通道的板、梁结构和主要构件为研究对象,采用理论公式推导和数值拟合方法,建立了车辆甲板板厚、骨材构件尺寸描述性要求,同时形成了符合国际船级社协会统一要求、涵盖各类载荷的通道主要支撑构件直接计算要求,并进行实例计算验证。结果表明:优化后的描述性要求和直接计算要求具有良好的适用性,对于提高滚装通道结构设计的安全性与轻量化水平具有重要意义。

Abstract: The structural analysis of the Ro-Ro access demands further investigation due to its complexity and the applicability problems in the requirements of the vehicle deck size of the China Classification Society Rules for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships. The plate, beam structure and primary supporting members of the Ro-Ro access are studied to establish the descriptive requirements of the vehicle deck plate thickness and the stiffener scantlings by using the theoretical formula derivation and the numerical fitting method. At the same time, the direct calculation requirements for the primary supporting members of the access that meet the unified requirements of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) and cover all kinds of loads are formed and then verified through case calculations. The results show that the optimized descriptive requirements and direct calculation requirements have good applicability. This study is of great significance for improving the safety and lightweight level of the Ro-Ro access structure design.
