Integrated Logistic Support for Helicopters on Polar Ships

摘要: 为满足我国日益增加的极地船舶航空保障需求,有必要提出1套符合极地低温、结冰等极端环境条件下的船舶航空保障方法。该文通过对现行常用极地规范、标准及实船配置的研究,分析其与极地极端环境不相称之处,并借鉴国内外相关系统,提出针对性的改进方案。这些改进后的极地船舶航空保障方法,可有选择性地应用于未来极地船舶的设计和建造中。

Abstract: A set of shipboard helicopter integrated logistic support helicopter integrated logistic support(ILS) methods adapting to extreme environmental conditions, such as polar low temperature and icing, is proposed in order to meet the increasing requirements of ILS for helicopters on polar ships in China. The current common polar rules, standards and ship configuration are studied to identify their incompatibility with extreme polar environments. Targeted improvement plans are then proposed based on relevant domestic and international systems. These improved helicopter ILS methods for polar ships can be selectively applied to the design and construction of new generation polar ships.
