科学考察船空调通风系统减振降噪设计

Abstract: The vibration and noise reduction of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system is one of the most important issues for the scientific research vessels, because the noise of the HVAC system will not only affect the sea trials that are carried out by the scientists, but also have a great influence on the work and life of the crew. It introduces the vibration and noise reduction characteristics of the HVAC system for the “Dongfanghong 3” scientific research ship. It also presents the methods and measures for the vibration and noise reduction design of the HVAC system. It can provide reference for the research of the vibration and noise reduction technology for the HVAC system of scientific research vessels and similar ships.

摘要: 科学考察船的空调通风系统噪声不仅会影响到科学家进行海上实验,而且对船员的工作、生活也有很大的影响,故空调通风系统减振降噪是科学考察船的重要工作之一。该文结合“东方红3”号实船,介绍了该类船的空调通风系统减振降噪的特殊性,同时提出通风系统减振降噪设计的方法和措施,为科学考察船以及类似船舶空调通风系统减振降噪技术研究提供一些参考。
