Abstract: A set of heating system capable of recovering the waste heat from the jacket water of the main engine and auxiliary engine has been designed in view of the fact that the energy conversion rate of the conventional diesel engine is less than 50% and the special requirements of the shipowners for energy saving and emission reduction. The waste heat generated by the main engine and auxiliary engine can be utilized to heat the oil bunker, sludge tank, cargo oil cleaning water and air conditioner, in order to achieve energy-saving and the improvement of the fuel utilization efficiency, and to meet the necessary heat energy for the ships under the working conditions of berthing, cargo handling, entering and leaving port and normal navigation, as well as during the tank washing. A simple and practical method is used to improve the total efficiency of the marine power plant. It can provide reference for the utilization of the waste heat for the small and medium ships.

摘要: 鉴于普通柴油机能量有效转化率不足50%,以及船东对节能减排的特殊要求,文章以缸套水为研究对象,设计出一套能够回收主、辅机缸套水废热的加热系统。利用主、辅机产生的废热去加热燃油舱、污油舱、货油洗舱水以及空调等用户,以实现节能、提高燃油利用率的目的。满足船舶在停泊、装卸货、进出港、正常航行等工况时以及洗舱时的热能需要。运用简单实用的办法提高船舶动力装置总效率,为中小型船舶的废热利用提供借鉴。
