耙吸挖泥船中央冷却系统配置研究与分析

Abstract: The equipment distribution of typical fresh water cooling system, flow distribution and cooling system configuration of the trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) are compared and analyzed according to several TSHDs with the different pump drive modes and the different compartment arrangement. Several factors affecting the cooling system design of TSHD are summarized, including the type of the hopper, the driving mode of the mud pump and the arrangement of the mud pump room, etc. The design process of the cooling system is given for the TSHD to provide reference and guidance for the design of the cooling system of similar ships in the future with good practicality.

摘要: 该文通过某10 000 m3、4 500 m3和13 800 m3等多型耙吸挖泥船,对比分析不同泥泵驱动模式及不同舱室布置的耙吸挖泥船典型淡水冷却设备分布、流量分布及其冷却系统配置情况,总结出影响耙吸挖泥船冷却系统设计的多个要素,包括泥舱型式、泥泵驱动方式,泥泵舱布置等,并针对性地给出耙吸挖泥船冷却系统的设计思路流程,对今后该类型船舶的冷却系统设计提供参考与指导,具有较好的实用性。
