Abstract: As a kind of hydraulic dredger, trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) is equipped with a mud tank with large opening and large tank capacity. It is a self-propelled vessel that can be used to transport the sand and silt excavated from the seabed. Combined with the unique equipment configuration and general arrangement of the TSHD, the specification requirements and the application on full-scale ships are coordinated to summarize the characteristics and constraints of the design and arrangement of the fuel oil tank, the lubricating oil tank and the sludge tank of the TSHD. Reasonable suggestions and optimal solutions are given, which provide references for the design and arrangement of the oil tanks for this type of ships in the future.

摘要: 作为水力式挖泥船的一种,耙吸式挖泥船设置了具有大开口、大舱容的泥舱,用于装运从海底挖出的泥沙,并具有自航能力。文中结合耙吸式挖泥船特有的设备配置情况及船型布置特点,统筹规范要求及实船运用情况,总结归纳出燃油舱、滑油舱及油渣舱等在设计与布置时的特点及制约因素,并针对性地提出合理化建议和较优方案,为今后该类型船舶的油舱柜设计与布置提供参考与指导。
