Numerical Analysis of Influence of Duct Inclination Angle and Camber on Interaction between Pump Jet and Hull

导管剖面倾角和拱度对泵喷与艇体相互作用影响的数值分析

Abstract: The duct which is the axisymmetric annular structure with airfoil section is the important component of a pumpjet propulsor.It is the surface that controls the internal and external flow field of the propulsor. The influence of the duct on the interaction between the pump jet and the hull has been analyzed based on the duct with the section profile of NACA66-0.8 equipped at the SUBOFF stern with the exit angle of 15°. The thrusts of the rotor and stator are numerically calculated by the virtual disk model in order to analyze the influence of the section inclination angle and the camber of the duct on the thrust deduction fraction, momentum impact factor and mass flow rate, as well as its variation law. Finally, suggestions are given for the inclination angle and camber of the duct section in the engineering design of the pump jet. It can provide reference for the optimal design of the duct of the pump jet.

摘要： 导管是泵喷推进器的重要组成部分,为剖面机翼型、轴对称环形结构,是推进器内外流场的控制面。为分析导管对泵喷与艇体相互作用的影响,文章以SUBOFF艇尾15°去流角配置NACA66-0.8翼型导管为对象,通过数值计算方法,采用虚拟盘模型模拟转定子推力,分析了导管翼剖面倾角与拱度变化对推力减额、动量影响系数及流量的影响及变化趋势。最后,给出了泵喷工程设计中导管翼剖面倾角、拱度取值的建议,为泵喷导管优化设计提供参考。
