Abstract: The calculation method of the damage stability of ro-ro passenger ships is discussed in view of the calculation requirements according to relevant regulations. This paper introduces in detail the calculation preparation, initial calculation conditions, calculation process and results, as well as the requirements of special water areas for the damage stability of the ro-ro passenger ship. The calculation process of the damage stability is analyzed and presented for a 2800-passenger luxury ro-ro passenger ship. The results show that the margin of the subdivision index of mature ro-ro passenger ship design is relatively small, and the subdivision index at the deepest subdivision draught is the smallest. In the case of hull side damage, the initial metacentric height is generally required to be the largest at the deepest subdivision draught. However, the initial metacentric height required for the deep draught is relatively large in the calculation of the accumulation of water on the deck.

摘要: 结合相关规范,针对客滚船的破舱稳性计算要求,讨论了该船型的破舱稳性计算方法,详细介绍了该船型的破舱稳性计算准备、初始计算工况、计算过程与结果以及特殊水域的要求。论文以2 800客位豪华客滚船计算实例,对其破舱稳性计算过程加以分析和说明。计算结果表明: 设计成熟的客滚船,分舱指数较为紧张,最深分舱吃水处的部分分舱指数最小;舷侧破损中,一般在最深分舱吃水处要求的初稳心高最大;甲板积水计算时,深吃水需要的初稳心高较大。
