Abstract: Annual maintenance is an important measure in ship maintenance reform and is crucial for enhancing ship operational availability and maintaining technical conditions. Currently, the schedule control of annual maintenance projects still relies on traditional management models, which often result in lengthy maintenance cycles. To improve the traditional methods, this paper introduces coefficients for uncertain factors, process location, time elasticity, and resource utilization, based on the Critical Chain Technology (CCT) theory. A calculation method for the project buffer is established, and a schedule control model for annual maintenance projects based on CCT is constructed. The applicability of the model is verified through a case study of an annual maintenance project. The results show that the application of Critical Chain Technology effectively enhances project management, control, and execution capabilities, while significantly shortening the annual maintenance cycle.

摘要: 年度检修是船舶维修制度改革的重要举措,是提升船舶在航率、保持技术状态的重要保障。目前,年度检修工程的进度控制仍沿用传统管控模式,检修周期普遍较长。为了改善传统进度控制方法,该文在关键链技术理论的基础上,引入了不确定因素系数、工序位置系数、时间弹性系数、资源利用因数,建立了项目缓冲区的计算方法,构建了基于关键链技术的年度检修项目进度控制模型,并通过年度检修项目实例验证模型的适用性。结果表明:运用关键链技术有效提升了项目的管理、控制与执行能力,同时显著缩短了年度检修周期。
