Abstract: It focuses on the assessment of the overall strength of container ships. The basic theory of the method is to determine the local loads based on a single Equivalent Design Wave(EDW), and adjust the hull girder loads to reach the envelope values of multiple EDWs, in order to represent the calculation results of multiple EDWs at one time. It is proved that the most dangerous load case in the multiple EDWs, which may be omitted by traditional rules, able to be covered by this method. The calculation workload is able to be greatly reduced because there is no need for a large number of design wave calculations. It is applicable to the strength check and the determination of the structural design scheme in the early design stage.

摘要: 针对集装箱船总强度评估方法进行研究,基本原理是由单个设计波确定船体的局部载荷,通过船体梁载荷调整使得船体梁载荷到达多个设计波的包络值,从而一次性反映多个设计波的计算结果。经验证,该方法能涵盖多个设计波中最危险的工况,且可以避免传统规范方法可能遗漏的危险工况,同时无需进行大量设计波的运算,大大减轻计算工作量,适用于设计初期阶段的强度校核、结构设计方案等的确定。
