极地环境下船舶进风系统的设计

Design of Air Intake System for Ships in Polar Environment

摘要: 对于极地运输船舶,寒冷环境条件下的设计是船舶和其自身系统设计的重要部分,在空调通风设计方面,为了保证空间内部温度维持在0℃以上,整个进风系统的设置按照总体要求,区域划分,在进风口处均有防冻措施,如设置防冻百叶窗等。根据不同加热类型的选择,加热功率的计算,考虑安装方式和空间等因素的情况下,对住舱、服务处所、机器处所设置了电加热、蒸汽加热及乙二醇加热等方式,以满足进风的温湿度要求,达到系统防冻的目的。文章对我国“雪龙2”号船的通风系统设计进行总结研究,为今后极地运输船舶的通风系统设计提供参考。

Abstract: For a polar transport ship, the design for cold environment is an important part of the design of the ship and its own system. In the respect of the air conditioning and ventilating design, the whole air intake system should be arranged with anti-freezing measures, such as installing anti-freezing shutters, at the intake according to the overall requirements and regional division, in order to ensure that the indoor temperature is above 0℃. According to the selection of different heating types and the calculation of heating power, the heating methods of the electrical heating, steam heating and glycol heating are applied in the accommodation, service and machinery spaces with consideration of the installation mode and space, in order to meet the temperature and humidity requirements of the air intake and thus to achieve the system anti-freezing. The ventilation system design of the “Xuelong 2” Ship in China has been summarized and studied for the design of the ventilation system for the polar transport ships in the future.
