Lightweight Design of Superstructure Based on Aluminum Sandwich Panel

摘要: 铝质夹层板主要在豪华邮轮和快速艇上进行应用,为扩大铝质夹层板的应用范围,以常规民船上层建筑为研究对象,对该上层建筑局部结构进行轻量化替代设计。根据夹层板结构特点确定结构型式和相应连接结构型式。并利用有限元软件ABAQUS比较分析替代设计前后该上层建筑的力学性能。计算结果表明铝质夹层板上层建筑能有效减轻结构,并且具有更优的力学性能,这为后续铝质夹层板的推广应用提供了参考。

Abstract: Aluminum sandwich panels are primarily used on luxury cruise liners and speedboats. The lightweight alterative design for the local structure of the superstructure of a common civilian ship is carried out to expand the application scope of aluminum sandwich panels. The structural configuration and the corresponding type of the connection structure are then determined according to the structural characteristics of the sandwich panel. And the mechanical properties of the superstructure before and after the alternative design are compared and analyzed by using the finite element software ABAQUS. The results show that the superstructure of aluminum sandwich panel have better mechanical properties with the reduced structure weight. It can provide reference for the promotion and application of aluminum sandwich panels in the future.
