某船螺旋桨唱音测试及处理分析方法

摘要: 某船在航行试验期间,船尾舱附近区域存在异常声响的现象。根据实船海上航行尾部振动与噪声信号的测量以及对采集数据的处理分析,异常声音被诊断为螺旋桨唱音。对此,结合螺旋桨唱音的产生机理提出了消除方法,并对经过修整处理后的螺旋桨进行试验验证,结果表明措施合理有效。此实船测试分析方法可供船舶设计及修造人员参考。

Abstract: Abnormal sound in the region near the stern cabin that was observed during the sea trial of a ship has been diagnosed as propeller singing according to the stern vibration and noise signals measured during the sea trial and the process and analysis of the collected data. In this regard, the elimination method is then proposed combined with the generation mechanism of the propeller singing. The propeller after trimming is then tested and verified. The results show that the method is reasonable and effective, which can provide reference for ship designers and repairmen.
