摘要: 采用CFD软件建立滤网四层烧结金属丝网的三维实体及其流场模型,依据不同的滤网过滤流速,进行模拟计算,并将滤网的模拟值与试验值进行对比,获得其拟合计算方程,并通过滤网内部流场特性的分析,研究结果表明:仿真模拟结果值与试验值相差不大,证实滤网仿真方法的可靠性,并为滤网的性能分析、预测和设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract: A three-dimensional entity model and its flow field model are established for a four-layer sintered metal mesh of the filter screen by adopting CFD software. The filter screen is numerically simulated according to the different filtering velocities of the filter screen. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results to obtain the fitting calculation equation and analyze the internal flow field characteristics of the filter screen. It shows that the difference between the simulation results and the experimental results is not significant, confirming the reliability of the method for the filter simulation. It can provide reference for the performance analysis, the prediction and the design of the filter screen.
