Modeling and Simulation Research of Multipass Filling in Welding Process for Hull Thick Plate

摘要: 船体厚板焊接难度大,为预报厚板焊接过程中的温度、应变和变形,选取对接焊和角接焊两种典型焊缝形式,焊接过程采用多道焊接填充建模的方法,并对网格划分进行适应性处理,按照热弹塑性有限元方法的步骤对典型焊缝模型进行温度场和应力场的计算,并与文献中的实验数据进行对比分析,验证多道焊接填充建模方法在厚板焊接弹塑性仿真过程中的有效性,研究结果可以为厚板焊接仿真和厚板焊接工艺制定提供参考。

Abstract: It is very difficult to weld the hull thick plate. The temperature field and stress field of the two typical welding forms of butt-welding and angle-welding are calculated by following the procedure of thermo-elasto-plastic finite element method in order to predict the temperature, strain and deformation in the welding process for thick plate. The welding process adopts the multi-pass filling modeling with the adaptive grid division algorithm. The results are compared with the experimental data published in the literature to prove the validity of the multi-pass welding filling modeling in the elastic-plastic simulation of the thick plate welding. The results can provide referenc for the simulation of thick plate welding and the formulation of the thick plate welding procedure.
